Invitation: Livestream on the occasion of the first commercial A321 freighter flight

Next Tuesday, the new A321 freighter will make its first commercial flight for Lufthansa Cargo, operated by Lufthansa CityLine, from Frankfurt (FRA) to Dublin (DUB). Starting at 3:00 p.m., welcoming speeches by Dorothea von Boxberg, Chairperson of the Executive Board and CEO of Lufthansa Cargo, and Jens Fehlinger, Managing Director of Lufthansa CityLine, will open the event on the apron. The new model will also be officially welcomed by Lufthansa Cargo with a symbolic christening and announcement of the freighter's name.
Various program items will follow, including a talk with the cockpit crew of the first commercial flight, who will explain the modifications to the A321. A Lufthansa Cargo loadmaster will answer questions about special features of loading the A321. Containers that can be used on the A321 freighter will also be presented.
Ashwin Bhat, Chief Commercial Officer Lufthansa Cargo will speak about the Lufthansa Cargo offer for the eCommerce market. Afterwards, Dr. Ludwig Hausmann, Partner at McKinsey, Travel, Logistics & Transport Infrastructure will give an outlook on the development of the eCommerce segment.
Alexander Kohnen, Managing Director time:matters, and Timo Schamber, Managing Director heyworld, will answer questions on same-day delivery and eCommerce.
